Its not a swish city gym that sparkles, its in an industrial unit and its got a bit of grit, but dont get me wrong, its not spit and sawdust either, we have top grade equipment for all muscle groups, a large artificial grass area for classes and functional training, we even have a sunbed!

Its made for the job - to train hard and get serious results. Were all about the results! Were not just in this for the money, were in it because its a passion, something very close to our hearts, and we want to share that with you.
